to frame and link the actions and impacts at micro scale
The main components of this Strategy consists of interaction of nine Goals
in order to enable micro circular innovation in place
First Layer of the Approach has 3 major serious challenges,
associated with 1 macro and 2 micro level outcome Goals
Second Layer of the Approach has three coordinating Goals
Third Layer has 5 Goals for the foundations of the approach
